The “Best Golf Drill Of All Time” will train you to use your left (lead) wrist like the pros do at impact and immediately after impact. You will improve your contact, ball striking, compression, direction control, and distance. You will hit it better, straighter and farther with this drill. You’ll learn that overdoing the “left wrist bow” at impact and just beyond impact, like Jon Rahm, Dustin Johnson, and Tony Finau.

Address a ball with the left wrist only (see image below).

To mimic the action of the left (lead) wrist at impact (and just past impact), move it forward like in the image below. That’s the feeling you’re after. That’s how the left wrist of the top professionals are through impact.

Step 3: Competitive Practice
Do 10 “Best Golf Drill Of All Time” imaginary shots using only your left wrist (like in the images above). You’ll be amazed at how much you need to exaggerate the feeling.
