WALTER HAGEN AND GENE SARAZEN HISTORICAL WALL ART
Dear fellow golfer,
My name is George Watts. I’m an artist, the creator of the Golf Drills Practice Planner, an artist, and a yoga teacher.
From a historical photo, I painted Walter Hagen and Gene Sarazen on the 1st tee during a special international golf match on 26th December 1924 at St Augustine, Florida.
From left to right, Walter Hagen (1892 – 1969) and Gene Sarazen (1902 – 1999) of the United States and Abe Mitchell and George Duncan of England, during a special international golf match at St Augustine, Florida.
Being a “Briton”, I especially liked the fact that the two Britons won by four and three.
