Step 1: Watch

Step 2: Fingers Stretch
Stand tall. Interlock fingers. Palms face down (see image below).
Raise your arms to the sky (see the image below). Reach up as tall as you can. You will feel a stretch in the outside muscles of your arms and shoulders.
Step 3: Keep Score
The good news is that you can simulate competition during your golf fitness drills by keeping score. Do 2 to 5 minutes.
