Step 2: Arm Out With Fingertips In
Stand tall. Raise arms to the sides parallel to the ground. Bring your fingertips in as much as possible (see image below).

Step 3: Small Arm Circles (palms down)
Make small arm circles with palms facing down (see image below).

Step 5: Keep Score
